She is busy bee. She loves pushing anything and everything. Lately she loves gathering items around the hosue and putting in her shopping cart

The Last Box

We have finally moved in into our new house! Kyle and I worked hard to get settle as quick as possible-- that meant opening all of the moving in boxes before Thanksgiving. For our surprise, we found these 2 little creatures in the last box! We were wondering where they've been! :>
Suburban life is quite different from living in an urban neighborhood. All of our neighboors came out to greet us on the day we moved in. Everyone is so friendly and there are 33 kids in our street! There are several toddlers same age as Jacqueline. Our next door neighboors brought us homemade cakes to welcome us. I feel like I stepped in into the 1950's where neighbors actually knew each other's names and you would not feel weird knocking on their door to ask to borrow a cup of sugar. I love it! I though I would miss the old house b/c of the memories we've shared, but I haven't. I'm ready to build new memories here w/ Kyle and my girls!

Vivian's Dedication

How do you get 2 babies and 2 toddlers to look at the same direction for a picture? Well, it's pretty much an impossible task!

One day I hope day Vivian will make the decision to follow Christ. The dedication (on Oct 24th) was a promise to God that Kyle and I will raise her to love Jesus and raise her to follow Him. We hope that one day she will accept God's gift of salvation and realize her need to repent from her sins.
Vivian,
Your Daddy and I love you soooo much and can't wait to tell you about God unfailing love!

Chubby Cheeks, Fat Legs and Tiny Feet

Love squeazing those fat little legs

I adore her chubby cheeks. I can kiss them all day long. It would never get old!

Tiny feet

I'm having a hard time seeing her growing so fast. I wish she would be a baby for a long time. This 2d time around, I really don't want her to reach the milestones so fast. It's fine with me if she doesn't craw or pull up for a while. I'm trying to enjoy each moment. I smell her, kiss her, hug her, play with her often. I've being having a hard time getting rid of my last pregnancy lbs (5 lbd to be exact), but when I look at my Bolota, it's all worth it those extra lbs!

Sisters

So glad I had my camera handy. How sweet is this? Vivian laying on Jacqueline's legs. I know it won't always be like this (I'm sure there will be lots of fight as they grow up).

Frontyard Photoshoot and Flat Spot

Funny face
Joyful face

Smiley face

Vivian just learned how to sit up last week. I'm so glad because now I don't have to obsess about the flat spot in her head. Few weeks ago, I took her to Cranial Technologies (the company that makes head bands to fix flat spots) for an evaluation. They said she was a moderate case, but her pediatrician said there is nothing wrong w/ her head. So, as of now, Kyle and I decided not to do anything about it and trust our pediatrician. For the past 6 weeks, I've being a "tummy-time nazi"! Vivian is never laying down, unless she is asleep. Even when I put her in the car seat, I make sure her head is not pressing against the flat spot. I've "retired" her bouncy seat and swing. I can def. notice an improvement to her head shape and we will revisit the possibility of a band in about a month or so. I've seen babies w/ head WAY flatter than Vivian's and they are toddlers now and their heads look fine. So, I think she fine will be too.

"Who is this other baby in the mirror?"

Jacqueline thinks that when she doesn't see us, we can't see her. I love the innocency of child!
